INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 tbs flour
  • 4 tbs sugar
  • 2 tbs cocoa powder
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbs milk
  • 3 tbs oil
  • 3 tbs chocolate chips
  • splash of vanilla
  • 1 large coffee mug

DIRECTIONS:
Add dry ingredients to a coffee mug and mix well. Add wet ingredients and mix well. Add chocolate chips. Microwave for 3 minutes on high. Eat plain out of the mug, or cut into two servings and top with cream, ice cream or chocolate syrup.  Yes, it’s THAT simple.
