Perfectly Easy Chocolate Cake (perfect, except the calories…)

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 tbs flour
  • 4 tbs sugar
  • 2 tbs cocoa powder
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbs milk
  • 3 tbs oil
  • 3 tbs chocolate chips
  • splash of vanilla
  • 1 large coffee mug

DIRECTIONS:
Add dry ingredients to a coffee mug and mix well. Add wet ingredients and mix well. Add chocolate chips. Microwave for 3 minutes on high. Eat plain out of the mug, or cut into two servings and top with cream, ice cream or chocolate syrup.  Yes, it’s THAT simple.

Easy, no mess, cheap & delicious… if only this cake didn’t have calories!
