I saw this on my Facebook wall today and thought it a universal truth wisely put.

What meaning do we give to our lives?  Do we pass thru them in a hurry missing the flavor of the individual moment?  Sometimes I feel like I’m always rushing to get somewhere but somehow missing the point.  I can’t vouch for tomorrow, but today I’m slowing down and savoring.

How many people I know who have missed their metaphorical boat because they are still at home packing for the trip. I don’t want to miss my boat.  I want to experience every nuance of this life both bitter and happy and drink it all in together.  I want to live my life like a good cup of coffee – dark, sweet and eye opening.

The meaning of life is an individual truth that we must each discover for ourselves.  For me it’s striving to leave everywhere I go better than when I came.  That makes me feel fulfilled.  The meaning of your life is for you to discover.

This is an open book, one question, pop quiz.  There is no wrong answer.

Your test begins….now.
