It’s that time of the year, when Iron Writers hone their skills and compete for the title of Winter Solstice Champion 2014. Kind of like literary Olympics, writers are divided into brackets. I’m in the Jules Verne bracket.
The four writers in the bracket are given the same prompts, the same limitations (500 words) and the same time limit. Then the winner is decided on by vote. Click the link, read the snippets of writing and then vote on your favorite at the bottom.
Writers who win their bracket will compete again next week and so on until there is only one writer left scribbling. So go now, read the 500 word tales and vote on your favorite. (not to influence anyone, but my story is called Freedom is in the Eye of the Beholder.
