The next twenty pounds…

Ready to say goodbye to another 20 pounds! 8-9-15

Ready to say goodbye to another 20 pounds! 8-9-15

The first twenty pounds was easy. I simply gave up sugar, had 310 Shake for breakfast and watched the weight peel off. I didn’t exercise other than walking my dog in the evening. It only took about two months to drop the weight.

Now it’s not as easy. I’m still dropping weight but the pace has slowed down. I will be doing an author promo tour in October and I’d like to lose another 20 pounds by then. Just two pounds a week, that’s a healthy goal.

My plan is to bump up my 310 Shake to replace two meals a day—breakfast and dinner—and start working out to really get this party started.

This terrible photo was taken in May right before I started drinking the 310 Shake. My husband always looks good!

The reason why I love 310 meal replacement shakes so much is because as soon as I started drinking it I felt amazing. I get no hunger and high energy when I have 310 Shake for breakfast.

There’s no sugar, fructose, artificial sweeteners… and it’s the only meal replacement I could find that could make that claim.

The best way to get it is to buy directly from 310nutrition.com. We buy a month supply at a time and get a discount. Mr. Smith drinks it for breakfast as well.

Right now, at 46, I feel better than I ever have. Losing weight has helped me to feel younger—that’s important when your husband is younger, Australian and into fitness! I also feel healthier and more energetic.

My official goal is to lose 20 more pounds by Oct. 16 to bring my weight to 145, and I plan to check in weekly to share my progress. Wish me luck!
