Learn the Business of Creativity THIS Weekend

CreativityCreatives often struggle with the more mundane and worldly aspects of  art whether they are musicians, visual artists or writers. When you are up in the clouds creating your magnum opus, who has time for effective social media management?

I struggle with this myself, but my years as an author have taught me that it does no good to make something amazing if no one knows about it. Luckily, there are simple and powerful ways to handle the business side of your creativity without taking too much time away from your art.

This Saturday, June 17, I’ll be teaching a Business of Creativity workshop in the back room of Cafe Bienville in Niceville. The class will cover the different sides of The Creative, defining your brand, social media, your business card, how to write a press release and how to get the most bang for NO bucks.

Cost will be $10 advance per student or $15 at the door the day of and will include handouts. Class limited to 30. Call 850-517-7886 to reserve your space. First five paid students will receive a signed copy of “No Money Marketing.”
