Excellent Video Review of “Bitter Suites”

DeForge reviews “Bitter Suites” for his channel Running Scared

Oh, happy day! I just watched the first video review of Bitter Suites on the Running Scared channel.

First, let me compliment Josh DeForge on an excellent presentation. He is articulate, unaffected and his delivery is friendly. He manages to catch all the nuances of the story without giving up  any spoilers. Bonus points for mentioning the excellent cover, created by Kyra Starr.

If you haven’t subscribed to his Running Scared channel on Youtube, you can do so here. You won’t regret tuning in to this fresh voice in the reviewer arena.

I’m thrilled, of course, to have such a glowing review of Bitter Suites by DeForge, but I am far happier by how ‘he gets it.’ The book contains some graphic gore, but I really wanted the finer points of that to shine through with the emphasis on story line.

I wasn’t going for shock value with the death scenes, but rather shared experience. Obviously, I’ve never experienced death fully. But if I could, this is how I picture it would be… in a variety pack of ways. The idea of recreational suicide allows me to play with that.

I could go on with my compliments for DeForge’s channel and presentation, but I will let you see for yourself. I urge you to like, share and explore not only this video, but his entire channel. You can also find Bitter Suites available in paperback and Kindle here.
