The fractals of my life
cause me wonder.
Free will,
so like  negative space on the canvas,
interrupts a purposeful agenda.
Ancient and far from memory
there were patterns of Destruction.
Innocence was lost.

And yet, resilience feeds the bated breath
of my Eternal Soul.
Chores compete with a bucket list which grows shorter every year.
I am no longer desirous
of becoming any more than what I am.
And leaves me wondering:- is there more to life
then simply wash, rinse and repeat?
