Going Super Nova

I’m setting up a new exhibit to present wonderful new artists that you may not be familiar with, and the first one to go up is Nova.

She does pen and ink portraiture inspired by your avatar or physical world photo.  Her work flows across the canvas with life, personality presented in line and space.  Each portrait is done by hand on paper, and then scanned to pass to the recipient anywhere in the internet.

With such affordable prices and beautiful work, I look forward to seeing where this talented artist goes from here; where ever she heads next, expect it to go super Nova!

You can go visit Nova’s exhibit, see her Flickr or leave a message for her here in the comments.  I’ll be introducing each artist as we put up their work, as well as posts on the exhibit as a whole.

I’ll also be presenting a slideshow and Kira S. will be creating a machinima to show at the official opening.

The exhibit will run from 31 July to 31 August.

I’m so sorry. I wish I could have been at the party. My computer broke (still broken) and I’m stuck on a phone to do anything and everything. I appreciate the opportunity, you’re a sweetheart. <3
