meditationToday’s prompt class was a little different. After we heard the results from last week’s writing, we turned off the lights and listened to a guided meditation. Afterwards, we practiced stream of consciousness writing using pen and special paper.

The assignment this week: listen to a meditation and write again putting down whatever things pop in your head. The idea is to unlock ideas, information and thoughts you may not be aware of in your conscious mind. You can use any meditation you like, including just listening to music. You can write using anything you like. Just be still, and write.
