STREAMS FOR SOCIAL INTERACTION

I have been keeping some different company on my long layout nights. Each issue of the magazine takes me around 30 hours to layout after all the editing, payments and whatnot are done. Sometimes I listen to music. Sometimes I try to listen to an audiobook, but my mind tends to wander with listening. Lately I’ve been listening to gamer streams for entertainment.

The one I usually listen to is The Nassot. He’s a Brazilian that plays a variety of games. He also happens to be my daughter’s fiancé and the translator for Space and Time. I started listening to his stream out of curiosity, but turns out it’s also a nice way to just chat with someone. I’ve had a lot of fun listening in, telling jokes and celebrating victories. All while getting my non-thinking work done. It’s certainly made the nights more interesting.

Want to check out The Nassot’s stream? You can find it here. Click the heart icon on his page to follow and be notified whenever he’s playing live.
