Last week we learned to lay out a poetry book. Today we will learn to add art to it.
Adding graphics to your document is ridiculously easy with this program. There are two ways to do it. You can add illustrations by simply dropping them in as I do in the video. Just don’t let your files become the mess mine are.
Or you can go into the “Insert” menu → “Graphics“. To drop in an illustration select it in your files. Once a graphic object has been inserted, eight squares will show up around the border for resizing.
These are the basics you need to know to get your image in your document. It’s simple. If you need more information, Papyrus Author has an excellent tutorial on adding graphics here.
Have fun adding art into your document. We are almost ready to finish this book by creating the cover. That will be next week.
