The first-ever Linzner Awards! Nominations open on April 9 for poetry, fiction, nonfiction and art published by Space and Time magazine in 2023: #143, #145 and #146. The categories are:

  • Excellence in Fiction
  • Excellence in Poetry
  • Excellence in Nonfiction
  • Excellence in Art

The top three reader nominated works in each category will make it to the final voting. Nominate as many works as you want.

Voting by readers will begin September 9-30. with the award winners announced during the first-ever LaikaCon (Oct. 30-Nov. 3). There will also be a special nomination for works from all of Space and Time in August to benefit an animal rescue charity.

Why open nominations on April 9? To celebrate Space and Time founder Gordon Linzner’s birthday, of course, the Father of Space and Time.

Only works from the following issues will be considered for the 2023 awards.
