Today I made some surprise milestones—my 300th kilometer this year was the biggest. Tomorrow is the last day of my stripping weight phase. April 1 I go back to training for distance and speed.
I am just on the edge of making the top 8% in Under Armor’s You VS The Year challenge and I am very excited to stop limiting my runs (for weight loss) and really go for it. How far can I run? I know six miles is doable… how about 12?
May as well go for the half marathon!
