In My Inbox: C.C. is doing it!

12903843_10154247996883682_1673184109_oThe messages and comments keep pouring in and I am overwhelmed with all the great stories that are being shared. Some of you are desperate to lose weight for health while others want to reclaim their youth… but we all want to live healthier lives. I emphasize the word live.

I thank everyone who has taken the time to let me know how they are doing. I makes me happy on a deep level to think that I might have a positive impact at all. Here’s one of the most recent inspiring letters I’ve received—keep it up C.C.!

Two and a half weeks ago I was 215 lbs via can not exercise at all but I am only fueling my body with whole food and went back to morning shakes. I am getting control back and feel so much better. This was the heaviest I have been and I really disliked it. My goal is 150 for now and if I can get back to weight training maybe a bit lower. C.C.

That’s over ten pounds in less than a month! Great job C.C.—you can do it and you are doing it! Exercise isn’t as important as getting away from all the processed foods we eat. It only gets better from here. Keep me updated on how you are doing 😀
